Tim Monybuny William

Tim Monybuny is currently the Monitoring and Evaluation Lead for Girls’ Education South Sudan (GESS), first with Winrock International and later joining Mott MacDonald. Tim has fourteen years working experience in South Sudan and Kenya, including roles such as Coordinator for State Affairs at the Ministry of General Education and Instruction and the Deputy Director for Data and Statistics, as well as experience working on programmes for USAID, the American Institute for Research and UNICEF. In 2008, Tim was appointed as education attaché at the regional cooperation office in Nairobi for the Government of then Southern Sudan.

Tim has skills in monitoring & evaluation, education policy, research, governance, project planning and management. Tim has a Bachelor of Philosophy from Pontifical Urbaniana University Rome, Italy (2006) through stadium of Apostle of Jesus Philosophicum; a Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary Education (2009); and a Masters of Education (Research and Evaluation (2011) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa Nairobi, Kenya.
