Esther has been a Monitoring Officer for GESS since November 2019. She graduated from Makerere University with Bachelors of Science in Business Statistics.

She worked in the field of monitoring, evaluation and research for over 8 years before joining Mott MacDonald. I worked for a number of INGOs, these include Norwegian Refugees Council (NRC), Plan international, Population Service international (PSI) and Save the children International.
