John Shotton

John is the Technical Director and Safety Principal for the International Development Unit of Mott MacDonald and the Technical Director for the GESS programme. He has forty years of wide and diverse experience as a Primary and Secondary School Teacher; University Lecturer and Researcher; Department and Institution Head; Education Consultant; and Project and Programme Manager. John is committed to a co-operative and inclusive team approach in all he does and believes in the primacy of genuine working partnerships between North and South.
