This year we celebrate the International Women’s Day under the theme #EachForEqual – “An equal world is an enabled world”. We visited a secondary school in Juba and asked both students and teachers, “how we can make a more equal world?”.
If we want to have a gender equal world, we should all individually and collectively do something to realise this gender equality in our communities, countries, and the world.
This means before you call upon someone to action or those in power to do something to bring about gender equality, ask yourself what you are doing in your locality to realise the same – remember it starts with you!
What can you do to create a more equal world?
